1.0 Delivery

1.1 Depending on the availability of products in your order, we will endeavour to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 10 business days, depending on your location.

1.2 Some Stores offer a free delivery service for orders over a nominated value or within a range of the store, which shall be applied at the time of receiving an order. Please contact the relevant Store for more details.

1.3 Unless the Store offers free delivery under clause 1.2, each order shall incur a delivery charge, which will vary depending on the nature, quantity and value of products in the order and may be subsequently billed.

1.4 In the event of a delivery being outside of a radius of 30 km from the store which you have ordered, we reserve the right to apply a further delivery fee appropriate to the distance. In this event, the store will be in contact to discuss, and take further payment to cover any additional delivery cost.
